無紙化辦公論文

摘   要

本論文主要闡述了無紙化辦公即利用現(xiàn)代化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)行辦公，可實現(xiàn)不用紙張和筆進(jìn)行各種事務(wù)的處理，并了解了它在目前市場的需求性和一定的可行性，但只是需要時間來證明而已。此文主要是我在國家圖書館實習(xí)后發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，輔以各種書面材料所寫。對無紙化辦公的實現(xiàn)解開了神秘的面紗。講述了無紙化辦公的含義、歷史背景以及無紙化辦公的設(shè)計平臺和實現(xiàn)的利與弊。通過這些講述來讓大家了解無紙化辦公，了解無紙化辦公的好處。
目前，已經(jīng)有很多企業(yè)甚至學(xué)校應(yīng)用了無紙化辦公，商業(yè)周刊，美國能源部，都對此表明了各自的看點，所以，無紙化辦公已經(jīng)成為了社會的趨勢。

Abstract：
This thesis describes a paperless office, namely the use of modern network technology office, the processing of a variety of transactions without paper and pen, and understand it in the current market demand and feasibility, but just need time to prove it. The article I found in the practice of the National Library, supplemented by a variety of written material written. The realization of the paperless office to unlock the mystery. About the meaning of the paperless office, historical background and the design of the paperless office platform and realize the pros and cons. These texts to let everyone know the paperless office, to understand the benefits of the paperless office.
