涂裝烘干PLC自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

摘要：采用PLC控制涂裝烘干生產(chǎn)線的運(yùn)行，應(yīng)用微機(jī)參與生產(chǎn)管理，根據(jù)生產(chǎn)情況確定最佳的物流狀態(tài)，按指定路線完成物料的輸送、積存、轉(zhuǎn)掛、分流及工藝工裝，有效減輕工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高生產(chǎn)效率。

Investigation and Design of Painting Oven Processing PLC Automation System
Abstract：PLC is be used to control the running of the painting oven production line and computer is be adopted in the production management，the best material handle circulation can be selected according to the actual production situation，under the designation line moving products through transporting，Power and free，transforming，branch and processing operation，so that it can effectively diminish the intensity of labor and productive efficiency.
