“培訓(xùn)”這一名稱是人們對(duì)舶來(lái)品理解與翻譯的結(jié)果。在職進(jìn)修一說(shuō)來(lái)自美國(guó)于 90年代提出的School-based In-service-Education Model。我國(guó)的在職進(jìn)修起步于 90年代后期,是伴隨著“八五”師資培訓(xùn)的進(jìn)程而逐漸探索形成的。1999年教育部在《關(guān)于實(shí)施“中小學(xué)教師繼續(xù)教育工程”的意見(jiàn)》中明確指出“中小學(xué)是教師繼續(xù)教育的重要基地,……,各中小學(xué)都要制定教師培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,建立教師培訓(xùn)檔案,組織多種形式的培訓(xùn)。”至此,培訓(xùn)之詞在官方文件中首次被明確提出。近幾年我們分別從不同角度闡述了培訓(xùn)“是什么”、“為什么”、“怎么樣”的問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上我對(duì)幼教系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)核心理念的認(rèn)識(shí)、嘉定幼教系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)體系、嘉定區(qū)幼教培訓(xùn)制度中存在的問(wèn)題、完善嘉定區(qū)幼教系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)體系的思考等方面作了進(jìn)一步研究。
