　　摘要：本文就馬鈴薯試管苗繁殖的工藝流程和成本的構(gòu)成和管理作深度探討，研究表明工廠化繁殖，工藝流程的優(yōu)化和成本管理是組織培養(yǎng)技術(shù)市場(chǎng)化和脫毒技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的前提和基礎(chǔ)，成本構(gòu)成主要由人工和水電費(fèi)組成，降低電費(fèi)的直接消耗和優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝是組培企業(yè)利潤(rùn)構(gòu)成的主要基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract: In this paper, the process of potato in vitro propagation and management of the cost of the composition was researched,the result showed that process optimization and cost management is  tissue Culture and virus-free technology industry market premise and basis,the cost is constituted mainly by the water and electricity  and  manpower cost,  the industry  profit mostly  based on reducing  electricity cost and optimizing manufacture process .
