關(guān)于椎間盤突出癥康復(fù)鍛煉的思考

摘 要：目的：研究多種康復(fù)鍛煉了法相結(jié)合治療腰椎間盤突出癥的療效：方法：對(duì)例腰椎間盤突出癥均采取經(jīng)常做“飛燕式”、仰臥起坐及單杠鍛煉相結(jié)合：結(jié)果:腰椎間盤突出癥保守治療總有效率91%，優(yōu)良率74;結(jié)論:對(duì)無明顯手術(shù)適應(yīng)證的腰椎間盤突出癥均可采用保守治療而獲得較
好的療效。
