中文摘要:隨著全球化、電子商務(wù)與信息化的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)的組織形式也發(fā)生了變化,產(chǎn)生了一些新的企業(yè)組織形式,新的組織形式展現(xiàn)著它的優(yōu)勢與發(fā)展空間。當(dāng)代,全球化信息的時代,一個項(xiàng)目的完成可能需要更多的企業(yè),而其組織成員可能是跨文化、跨不同職業(yè)背景的人員、更甚至是跨國度之間的合作,在這種形式下,一種新型的企業(yè)形式應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,那就是虛擬企業(yè)。虛擬企業(yè)的性質(zhì)主要是通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)以契約、合同的方式進(jìn)行各個企業(yè)間的相互合作,因此解決了許多時間、空間上傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)組織所不能解決的問題。但是這種新型的企業(yè)組織形式可能是短暫的,所以合作伙伴間的信任問題成了虛擬企業(yè)成功與發(fā)展的一部分。

Abstract:
With the development of the globalization, electronic commerce and the informationization, the organizational style of the traditional enterprises have diversified correspondingly. Some new corporate styles come into being which are exhibiting their superiority and potential power. At present, the completion of a project needs more corporates whose organizational members may be someone of multi-culture and multi-profession-background, even multi-country-cooperation since we are in a era of globalized information. In this circumstance, a new kind of corporative style emerges as the time requires, that is, the virtual corporate. The feature of the virtual corporate is mainly across internet in form of contracts to cooperate between corporates. So some temporal and special problems in traditional enterprises have been solved. However this new corporative styles could be temporary, so the trust between the cooperative associations becomes a part of the success and development of the virtual enterprises.
