The Universal mobile phone charger on the clamshell design of injection mold

Abstract: The injection mold to the travel which this design is used on the handset battery charger renovates to conduct the design research. Should model an end product the surface quality request to be high, the service life is long. Attends to select the ABS engineering material in the design, the ambush type runner guarantees the quality of the requirement.
Because models the outline and the internal structure is complex, therefore use mold four cavities in this design, the symmetrical balance -like arrangement, the core die space massive uses mosaic pieces, reduces the production cost, guaranteed models a product the processing formation. Simultaneously covers under end surface must consider the lateral minute pulls out the core, here uses is the slanting guide pillar slide flank pulls out the core, guaranteed sufficiently models a product the minute to take out. In terms of design, mainly carried out the basic process of injection molding, structural analysis of plastic parts and material selection, mold structure to develop, mold material selection, the choice of mold, exhaust system design, the design of the temperature conditioning system; in the calculation of , the main model for the injection of choice and the relevant parameters of the verification, the design of gating system, forming part design, the lateral sub-type and core-pulling mechanism design, the design of the temperature conditioning system; in the programming, the choice of a representation of the molding parts, such as: dynamic programming NC Block board.
This mold structural design compact reasonability, opens and closes the mold smoothly, is advantageous for the processing assembly.
