摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象是液壓升降平臺(tái),這套裝置主要用于舉升重物。它的舉升高度為1米,舉升重量為1噸,其動(dòng)作主要是由兩個(gè)雙作用液壓缸推動(dòng)“X”型架,帶動(dòng)上板來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。該液壓升降平臺(tái)主要由兩個(gè)部分組成:機(jī)械部分和液壓部分,其中機(jī)械部分主要由上板架、下板架、內(nèi)連桿和外連桿四部分組成。本設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)、選擇了機(jī)械部分材料與結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行受理分析與校核,以便檢驗(yàn)是否滿足強(qiáng)度、剛度的要求,分析及校核的結(jié)果證明機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)可以滿足要求。在對(duì)液壓控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,先進(jìn)行了總體方案設(shè)計(jì)。在選擇液壓的各個(gè)控制回路的時(shí)候,在對(duì)各個(gè)回路進(jìn)行了對(duì)比后調(diào)速回路我選擇了進(jìn)油口節(jié)流調(diào)速回路;卸荷回路我選擇了帶有二位二通電磁換向閥的卸荷回路;保壓回路我選擇的是用液控單向閥的保壓回路。確定了各種基本回路后,又確定了液壓系統(tǒng)的傳動(dòng)形式,由于開(kāi)式系統(tǒng)所具有的系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單和散熱條件好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),所以把傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)確定為開(kāi)式系統(tǒng)。在擬定液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖后,對(duì)液壓元件及輔件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)、選擇,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行校核。經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算后液壓缸選定為45毫米的液壓缸,液壓泵選定為齒輪泵,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)工作的最大功率我選擇的電動(dòng)機(jī)為Y112M-4行三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)。在確定泵后,又對(duì)其他的元件及輔件進(jìn)行了合理的選擇,最后確定各種元件后,進(jìn)一步完成了我的設(shè)計(jì)題目。

摘 要
