ABSTRACT
Injection molding is one of the main techniques of plastics processing at present. The paper introduce the process of designing an injection mould for a screw nut with two wings . This mould which make two products every time adopts edge gate. At the same time use shaft, ball bearing and rack-and-pinion steering gear to revolve the core .The size of parts was calculated detail, and the parts match closely .
