摘 要：本課程設(shè)計主要內(nèi)容是法蘭盤（CA6140車床）的加工工藝過程設(shè)計，在課程設(shè)計過程中完成了零件圖、毛坯圖、的繪制。機械制造工藝學(xué)課程設(shè)計是在我們完成了全部基礎(chǔ)課、技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課、大部分專業(yè)課之后進行的。這是我們對所學(xué)各課程的一次深入的綜合性的復(fù)習(xí)，也是一次理論聯(lián)系實際的訓(xùn)練。能夠順利的完成這次課程設(shè)計，首先得助于董亮老師的悉心指導(dǎo)，同學(xué)們的耐心解答。在設(shè)計過程中，缺乏實際的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗，導(dǎo)致在設(shè)計中碰到了許多的問題。但在同學(xué)們的幫助下，通過請教老師，翻閱資料、查工具書，解決設(shè)計過程中的一個又一個的問題。在此，十分感謝董亮老師的細心指導(dǎo)，感謝同學(xué)們的互相幫助。

Abstract: This course is primarily designed flange (CA6140 lathe) in the course of the design process, the process of curriculum design in completed parts map, blank map, the map.
