摘要
本次設(shè)計(jì)主要對(duì)雪碧瓶蓋注射模的設(shè)計(jì),包括方案分析及確定、尺寸計(jì)算、模具結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算等內(nèi)容。該塑件有內(nèi)螺紋，需兩次分型。故設(shè)計(jì)中主要解決了分型面的選擇，型腔數(shù)目的確定，脫模機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì).采用了二次脫模機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)脫模，保證塑件能順利的成型出模.

Abstract
The main design graduate of XueBi lid injection mold design,including the analysis of the program and determine、size count、mold design calculations content. The plastic parts within a thread,need twice disport model.Therefore,the design of the project profile for the plastic parts of sub-surface choices,determining the number of cavity,the demoulded mechanism design.Using twice demoulding agencies,Guarantee a smooth plastic parts from the moldel.
