如何控制企業(yè)的財務(wù)風(fēng)險

[摘要] 隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，企業(yè)財務(wù)管理過程諸如籌資及償還過程、資金使用過程、資金回收過程、收益分配過程等都存在著風(fēng)險。為此，必須充分認(rèn)識和研究企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險并采取相應(yīng)的措施進(jìn)行防范和管理。本文主要介紹了財務(wù)風(fēng)險的內(nèi)容及特點(diǎn)，研究財務(wù)風(fēng)險控制的意義，結(jié)合實(shí)際情況分析了我國企業(yè)所面臨的財務(wù)風(fēng)險，以期從中得出引發(fā)財務(wù)風(fēng)險的根本原因。然后根據(jù)此建立和完善短期及長期的財務(wù)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)，再根據(jù)財務(wù)危機(jī)情況進(jìn)行科學(xué)分析，選擇適當(dāng)?shù)臅嫞▽徲嫞┗蜇攧?wù)方法來針對財務(wù)風(fēng)險的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行控制和管理財務(wù)風(fēng)險。從而減少企業(yè)的風(fēng)險損失，確保企業(yè)利潤最大化。

[Abstracts] Along with the development of the market economy, business enterprise finance management process such as money raising and compensate process, funds usage process, funds recovery process, income allotment process etc. all exsits risk.For this, must know well with study the business enterprise financial risk combine to adopt the homologous measure proceeds to against with manage.This text introduced contents and characteristicses of the financial risk primarily, studying the meaning of the financial risk control, the combinative actual circumstance analyzed the our country the business enterprise a financial risk for facing, with period from have to out the basic reason that cause the financial risk inside.Then establish according to this with the early-warning system in perfect and short-term and long-term finance, proceed according to the finance crisis circumstance again science analyze, choosing appropriate accountancy( audit) or finance methods to proceed the control with manage the financial risk to the main contents that aim at the financial risk.From but reduce the risk loss of the business enterprise, insure the business enterprise profits maximize.
