摘要 隨著基因工程技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,這一技術(shù)在微生物制藥中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。本文從PCR技術(shù)、基因重組和克隆技術(shù)、突變和篩選技術(shù)、次級(jí)代謝工程、生物信息技術(shù)等幾個(gè)方面介紹了基因工程在微生物藥物研發(fā)中的應(yīng)用,并對(duì)該產(chǎn)業(yè)的前景也作了討論。

Abstract The application of gene engineering in the microorganism drug research and development. has been enhanced with the fast development of gene manipulation . The article discussed the usage of gene manipulating technology in the R&D of microorganism medicine with these parts: the PCR technology, gene recombination, gene cloning, secondary metabolism engineering, bioinformatics etc. It also discussed the perspective of this industry.
