   作為快速成形技術(shù)的一個(gè)重要分支,選擇性激光燒結(jié)SLS以其可加工材料廣泛,不需工裝等優(yōu)點(diǎn)受到業(yè)內(nèi)人士的廣泛青睞。
   本文對(duì)新型SLS快速成形的鋪粉機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),電氣部分及軟硬件部分進(jìn)行了深入的研究,主要內(nèi)容概括如下:
   1. 現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)的自動(dòng)鋪粉裝置, 實(shí)現(xiàn)了粉末鋪覆的自動(dòng)化和鋪粉厚度、粉末層密度大小的精確控制, 目的是使生成的金屬構(gòu)件在精度及物理性能上達(dá)到試驗(yàn)要求的水平。本套鋪粉機(jī)構(gòu)采用雙缸供粉,達(dá)到提高設(shè)備工作效率和自動(dòng)化的目的。
   2.三缸SLS快速成型機(jī)控制中常用的電氣系統(tǒng)由工控機(jī)、激光系統(tǒng)、輔助部件等組成。
   工控機(jī)擔(dān)負(fù)著控制激光器將計(jì)算機(jī)圖形文件轉(zhuǎn)為粉末表面的掃描圖形、控制各運(yùn)動(dòng)部件等工作。
   成型的基本過程是激光束對(duì)粉末材料的選區(qū)燒結(jié),激光束的精密控制是成型的關(guān)鍵。光路的主要組成部件有:激光器 、反射鏡 、擴(kuò)束聚焦系統(tǒng) 、掃描器(或稱為振鏡) 、窗口 、光束合成器 、指示光源等組成。
   快速成形系統(tǒng)的輔助控制動(dòng)作主要有傳感器的選擇、溫度的檢測(cè)與控制、行程開關(guān)等。
   3.根據(jù)激光燒結(jié)快速成形工藝對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的要求,新型SLS快速成形硬件控制系統(tǒng)采用了基于工控機(jī)的單微處理器通用型控制結(jié)構(gòu)。而系統(tǒng)軟件協(xié)調(diào)管理整個(gè)數(shù)控系統(tǒng),主要完成數(shù)據(jù)處理與轉(zhuǎn)換、成形裝置的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制、激光開關(guān)控制及人機(jī)交互。

Abstract
As the rapid prototyping technology is an important branch, selective laser sintering SLS, that is widely favored among the industry, has the advantages of its processing material widely, without tools. The new SLS quick forming powder spreading mechanism design, electrical parts and hardware parts have an in-depth research. The main contents are summarized as follows:
1. An automatic powder spreading device now designed achieves the powder spreading automation , the thickness of the powder spreading and the precise control of the size of the powder layer density. The purpose is to make the metal components generated to test the level required to achieve the accuracy and physical properties. This set of powder spreading using a twin-cylinder for the powder to improve equipment efficiency and automation purposes.
2. The control of the triplex SLS used in electrical system consists of industrial computer, laser system and auxiliary parts.
IPC charges with the control of the laser computer graphics files into the powder surface scan graphics, and the control of all moving parts work and so on.
The basic process is that the laser beam sinters powder materials, and precise control of the laser beam is the key to molding. The optical path of the main components: lasers, mirrors, beam expander focus system, a scanner (or galvanometer), windows, beam synthesizer, indicating that the light source and other components.
The auxiliary control action of rapid prototyping system main has the election of sensor, the control and check of temperature, limit switch and so on.
3. Depending on the require to computer control system of the laser sintering rapid prototyping process, the new SLS rapid prototyping hardware control system uses a single microprocessor universal control structure based on the IPC. The system software to coordinate the management of the entire CNC system, mainly completes data processing and conversion, forming the device's motion control, laser switching control and human-computer interaction.
