摘 要
本文設(shè)計(jì)的是金剛石工具性能檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的一部分,即機(jī)械執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)。主要完成鉆頭的鉆進(jìn)過(guò)程。鑒于其需要完成的運(yùn)動(dòng)和機(jī)床類(lèi)似,故采用的是類(lèi)似機(jī)床的總體布局。包括機(jī)體、立柱、橫梁、工作臺(tái)以及機(jī)座支承機(jī)構(gòu)。
論文劃分為七個(gè)章節(jié),每個(gè)章節(jié)又細(xì)分為幾個(gè)不同部分。第一章為序言,主要敘述課題的意義以及系統(tǒng)所要完成的功能。第二章介紹金剛石鉆頭及其工作環(huán)境分析,為系統(tǒng)選擇合適的鉆壓、鉆速和沖洗液量。以后幾章則分別詳細(xì)介紹了設(shè)計(jì)總體方案,主動(dòng)力參數(shù)及傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì),液壓給進(jìn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌及滾珠絲杠的選用計(jì)算,機(jī)座支承機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算等。
系統(tǒng)有三個(gè)方向的運(yùn)動(dòng)趨勢(shì),即橫梁沿立柱上下方向的運(yùn)動(dòng),工作臺(tái)底層沿水平方向的運(yùn)動(dòng),工作臺(tái)沿前后方向的運(yùn)動(dòng)。其中,橫梁和固定其上的電機(jī)以及鉆頭沿立柱的運(yùn)動(dòng)是由液壓缸驅(qū)動(dòng)的。工作臺(tái)下層沿水平方向滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌的運(yùn)動(dòng)是由一個(gè)小電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)滾珠絲杠帶動(dòng)的。由于工作臺(tái)前后方向的運(yùn)動(dòng)不常用,而且推力不需要很大,故頂層工作臺(tái)采用手柄人力驅(qū)動(dòng)。
鉆頭主軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)由安裝在橫梁上的三相交流電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)??刹捎米冾l方式調(diào)速。整體結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)圖見(jiàn)正文。

Abstract
What this text designed is a part of diamond tool performance detection system, namely mechanical executive system. Finish the creeping into the course of the bit mainly. Seeing that its sport and lathe needing to be finished are similar, so it was the total arrangement which is similar to the lathe that adopted. Including the organism , post , crossbeam , workingbench and machine seat support the organization.
The thesis is divided into seven chapters, each chapter is subdivided into several different parts again. Chapter one a preamble, narrate the meaning of the subject and function finished of system mainly. Chapter two introduce the diamond bit and working environmental analysis , choose the suitable bit pressure , bore speed and amount of liquid developed for the system. Several rules and regulations differentiate the detailed introduction and design the overall scheme afterwards, initiative strength parameter and transmission will be designed, hydraulic pressure is it enter system design , roll guide and ball exertion of guide screw calculate to give, machine flat support design of organization calculate etc..
The system has the sport trends of three directions, namely the sport along the upper and lower directions of the post of crossbeam , workingbench sport when there is in horizontal direction ground floor,workingbench along in front and at the back of direction move. Among them, crossbeam and regular electrical machinery and bit that have their to that jar urge hydraulic pressure have along sport of post. Workingbench lower floor roll sport of guide to urge ball to be that guide screw drive by one light electrical machinery in horizontal direction. Because the sport of the direction is not daily in front and at the back of the workingbench, and thrust did not need very big , so the workingbench of top floor adopts the manpower drive of handles.
Bit rotation sport of main shaft install three phases at crossbeam exchange electrical machinery urge. Can adopt the frequency conversion way to adjust the speed . See the text in whole structure sketch .
