在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟條件下，搞好民族縣農(nóng)村宣傳工作，對提高民族縣知名度，促使民族縣經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展，提高人民群眾文化生活水平，推進民族區(qū)域自治、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定等方面具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。但要切實搞好民族縣農(nóng)村宣傳工作，在實際操作中，仍存在許多問題和難點，其原因是多方面的，既有歷史客觀的原因，也有現(xiàn)實的原因。本文就在開展民族縣農(nóng)村宣傳工作中遇到的難點問題進行簡要分析，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出解決這些問題的幾點看法和對策。

The Elementary Introduction To The Difficulties And The Tactics Of The Regional Autonomy For Nationalites In Propaganda
Abstract
Under the socialism market economy term, the propagandists must do their best in the national county which the great importance to make the national county well-known, promote the economic fast development, increase the masses’ standard of culture and living, push forward the regional autonomy for minority nationalities, the economic development, social stability. But in the actual situations of the work, we still have many problems. The reasons are various, objective reasons in current history, also have the realistic reasons. This paper attempts to an analysis of discussing the problems and difficulties in our work, and the author resolves the problems of the opinions and tactics.
