摘要:在現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,企業(yè)面臨的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境越來越復(fù)雜多變。在復(fù)雜多變的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下,企業(yè)如何把握好航向,如何積極有效地開展商品市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷工作,進(jìn)行營(yíng)銷決策,這是一個(gè)需要認(rèn)真研究和解決的問題。本文在分析商品進(jìn)貨、營(yíng)銷、存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)及其特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出將DSS技術(shù)運(yùn)用到市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷決策上,開發(fā)MDSS(Marketing Decision Support System)、CRM、DSM的建議,并就MDSS的總體設(shè)計(jì)思想及研究方向作簡(jiǎn)要介紹,以明確系統(tǒng)的基本組成與結(jié)構(gòu)。
Abstract:In case of the modern market economics, the marketing environment which the enterprise faces with become more and more complexity. And the characteristic of it, we use the technology of DDS into the decision of market sales, develop the advice of MDSS( marketing decision support system),CRM,DSM, and introduce the whole designing idea and the studying direction to definitude the basic constitutes and configuration of the system.
