簡析外國對華反傾銷及我國的應(yīng)對策略

摘要：
近年來，反傾銷問題一直是我國對外貿(mào)易中的熱門話題，該項(xiàng)貿(mào)易保護(hù)措施對我國企業(yè)的頻繁使用使我國企業(yè)蒙受巨大損失，也成為我國國際貿(mào)易發(fā)展的重大障礙。面對這種局面，我國和企業(yè)應(yīng)協(xié)調(diào)配合，同時各司其職、各負(fù)其責(zé)，政府應(yīng)加強(qiáng)宏觀調(diào)控，同時完善反傾銷應(yīng)訴機(jī)制，促進(jìn)與國外的交流與合作；企業(yè)應(yīng)規(guī)范內(nèi)部管理，優(yōu)化出口結(jié)構(gòu)，建立靈活的經(jīng)營策略，只有這樣才能最大限度地維護(hù)我國企業(yè)的利益。
Abstract:
These years, anti-dumping is always the hot topic of conversation about our external trade. This trade safe-guarding measures are frequently used to our companies , and they have made our business suffered greatly. At the same time they have became the major stick in the development of our international trade . Faced with this situation our government and enterprises should enhance coordination in harmony , simultaneously , each performs its own functions . The government should strengthen macroscopic readjustment and control , perfect the mechanism of response to prosecutions of anti-dumping , and promoted international exchange and cooperation . Our enterprises should standard their administration , optimize the export structure , and establish flexible management tactic . So and so only , we can safeguard our enterprises’ interests furthest .
