摘 要

中國(guó)加入WTO以來(lái)，面對(duì)國(guó)外保險(xiǎn)公司的不斷沖擊，中國(guó)保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)面對(duì)前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)，在不斷競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的過(guò)程中問(wèn)題多多，其中以人力資源規(guī)劃方面的問(wèn)題最為嚴(yán)重。本文主要從中國(guó)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和人力資源規(guī)劃的角度入手,介紹我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)在人力資源規(guī)劃方面存在的問(wèn)題，以中國(guó)人保壽險(xiǎn)為例提出具體的解決方案并闡述我國(guó)現(xiàn)在保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和人力資源規(guī)劃的發(fā)展方向。
