Abstract
The clutch is a kind of device which can makes the driving shaft and the coaxial driven shaft engaged smoothly and gradually, and makes them disengaged rapidly. When the driving shaft and the driven shaft engaged, they will rotate at the same speed, at the same time, it may be realized that the power can smoothly transmit between revolving engine and stillness transmission by controlling the slidicity of the clutch.
Its main function is:
1. Ensure that the automobile breaks the ice stably; ensure that the process of shifting is smooth.
2. Prevent the drive system from being overburdened, restricting the maximum lord what the drive system subjected, and guarantee safety.
The paper studied mainly the single-plate diaphragm spring clutch of bulldozer Thorough researching structure and work principle of this type clutch, I have designed the main components of the clutch such as : diaphragm-spring , torsion shock absorber and so on, and analyzed the force circumstance the diaphragm-spring subjected in the working process. And according to constraint condition assurance whether clutch meet a request or not; finally chose the controlling mechanism of the clutch.
