摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)是關(guān)于小型對(duì)稱(chēng)式三輥卷板機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì),主要對(duì)卷板機(jī)上、下輥及減速器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。
卷板機(jī)是一種將金屬板材卷彎成筒形、弧形或其他形狀工件的通用設(shè)備。根據(jù)三點(diǎn)成圓的原理,利用工作輥相對(duì)位置變化和旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)使板材產(chǎn)生連續(xù)的塑性變形,以獲得預(yù)定形狀的工件。為提高卷板機(jī)的工作效率,提高制品的加工精度,減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,改善工作條件,通常采用板料送料工作臺(tái)、輔助操作機(jī)械、托架平臺(tái)以及支承滾道等輔助設(shè)備。卷板機(jī)作為一個(gè)特殊的機(jī)器,它在工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)加工中占有重要的地位。凡是鋼材成型為圓柱型,幾乎都用卷板機(jī)輥制。該產(chǎn)品廣泛用于鍋爐、造船、石油、化工、木工、金屬結(jié)構(gòu)及其它機(jī)械制造行業(yè)。
設(shè)計(jì)前部分詳細(xì)闡述了卷板機(jī)上、下輥結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和受力分析。板機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)型式為三輥對(duì)稱(chēng)式, 在該結(jié)構(gòu)中上輥下壓提供壓力,兩下輥?zhàn)鲂D(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),為卷制板材提供扭矩。它具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、重量輕、經(jīng)濟(jì)、等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。動(dòng)力源則選擇了YZ系列YZ160L—6型電機(jī),其工作特性?xún)?yōu)于Y系列電機(jī),適用于有輕微震動(dòng),正反轉(zhuǎn)且轉(zhuǎn)速不高的場(chǎng)合。
總體設(shè)計(jì)后部分所涉及的減速器采用了三級(jí)展開(kāi)式圓柱齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)。齒輪材料為40Cr,并經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)及表面淬火。校核齒輪、軸、鍵、軸承確保了設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)際可行性。

Abstract
This design is about the three-roller symmwtry rolling machine,mainly calcats the up and down roller and the decelerator.
Roll trigger a sheet metal bending roll into the cylindrical, arc or other shape the universal equipment. According to the principle of into round three, use of work roll change and the relative position of the rotary motion to produce continuous plastic deformation plank, scheduled for the shape of the workpiece. In order to improve the efficiency of the roll triggers, improve the machining precision of the products, reduce labor intensity, to improve the working conditions of the sheet metal, usually by lateral table, auxiliary operation machinery, bracket platform, as well as supporting groove and auxiliary equipment. Roll trigger as a special machine, it in the industry foundation processing occupies an important position. All steel cylinder, forming for almost all roll trigger roller system with. The products are widely used in the boiler, shipbuilding, petroleum, chemical industry, carpentry, metal structure and other mechanical manufacturing industry.
During the front process of the design,the rolling machine`s structucre design and the analysis of strength are described. The rolling machine` structure is three-roller symmetry. Pressure provides pressure under owing structure the above-average roller , the roller does revolution sport under two , sheet material provides moment of torsion to roll of system.It has a series of advantages such as simply structure,small volume,light weight,economical and so on.YZ type YZ-160L-6 motor is selected as the power source,which adapts situation such as slience quenching and light reverse velocity.
The last part of the paper is ahout decelerator which is choosing triple expanding columm gear constiuction .The material of gear is 40Cr which has been hardening surface.The gears, axes, keys, bearings are checked, so to confirm this design is practical
