摘 要
夾具是能夠使產(chǎn)品按一定的技術(shù)要求準(zhǔn)確定位和牢固夾緊的工藝裝置,它的主要用于保證產(chǎn)品的加工質(zhì)量、減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、輔助產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)、展示、運(yùn)輸?shù)取]S類工件是常見的工程結(jié)構(gòu),提高軸類工件銑床夾具設(shè)計(jì)效率有實(shí)際工程意義。
目前,世界上許多國(guó)家在計(jì)算機(jī)輔助夾具設(shè)計(jì)方面,都做了大量工作。我國(guó)在該項(xiàng)領(lǐng)域中尚處于研究階段。計(jì)算機(jī)輔助夾具設(shè)計(jì)是通過計(jì)算機(jī)軟件程序來(lái)完成夾具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、總裝圖和零件圖的繪制,以及制定出夾具零件的制造工藝等主要工作的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的一個(gè)分支。傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)床夾具設(shè)計(jì)需要檢索許多資料,并花費(fèi)許多繪圖時(shí)間,設(shè)計(jì)的效率低、成本高。機(jī)床夾具設(shè)計(jì)往往還需借助于設(shè)計(jì)者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。計(jì)算機(jī)輔助夾具設(shè)計(jì)的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用,既可縮短設(shè)計(jì)周期,又能促進(jìn)機(jī)床夾具的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和系列化。
在計(jì)算機(jī)輔助夾具設(shè)計(jì)中,主要分為組合夾具和專用夾具設(shè)計(jì)二類。而國(guó)際上主要研究的對(duì)象是采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)元件的槽系和孔系的組合夾具。當(dāng)前國(guó)外正向開發(fā)夾具柔性化系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域努力。夾具柔性化主要表現(xiàn)在以下兩方面:一是結(jié)構(gòu)的柔性化,即廣泛采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)元件的槽系和孔系組合夾具。二是夾具設(shè)計(jì)過程柔性化,也就是利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和人工智能,把工程師設(shè)計(jì)夾具的過程描述為一個(gè)軟件系統(tǒng)。

Fixture is to make the products according to certain technical requirements for accurate positioning and firm clamping of the process device, its main products for processing to ensure quality, reduce labor intensity, support product testing, display and transportation. Shaft parts is a common project structure and improve the efficiency of shaft parts milling fixture design of practical engineering significance.
Currently, many countries in the computer-aided fixture design, has done a great job. China in the field research stage. Computer-aided fixture design by computer software applications to do Fixture Design, assembly Tu and mapping components, and fixture parts to develop manufacturing processes and other major work in a branch of computer aided mechanical design. The traditional design of jigs and fixtures need to retrieve a lot of information, and spend too much time drawing and design of low efficiency and high cost. Tool fixture design often need the help of the designer's experience. Computer-aided fixture design development and application, can shorten the design cycle, but also to promote the standardization and serialization of jigs and fixtures.
In the computer-aided fixture design, divided into modular fixture and special fixture design Type II. The major international study of the object is a standard component of the tank system and a combination of fixture holes. The current positive development of foreign systems in the field of flexible work fixture. Fixture flexibility lies in the following two aspects: First, the flexible structure, wide range of standard components that slot modular fixture system and holes. Second, the flexible fixture design process, that is using computer technology and artificial intelligence, to engineer the design process is described as a fixture of the software system.
