摘 要
在改革開放以前,由于生產(chǎn)技術(shù)落后,用于砂型鑄造的砂都是通過(guò)人工篩選的方式來(lái)完成的,其過(guò)程為通過(guò)人力將砂拋到紗網(wǎng)中來(lái)達(dá)到篩砂的目的。由于這種方式需要大量的體力勞動(dòng),費(fèi)時(shí)耗力。特別是對(duì)于大規(guī)模的生產(chǎn),其效率就非常低了。隨著國(guó)外技術(shù)的引入,篩砂機(jī)開始廣泛地使用,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是:解決了原來(lái)人工篩砂中耗時(shí)費(fèi)力且效率低的問(wèn)題,而且篩出來(lái)的砂均勻細(xì)膩,不僅達(dá)到了鑄造用砂的要求,砂型鑄造的精密度也得到了提升。現(xiàn)在比較通用的是震動(dòng)式與滾筒式篩砂機(jī)。
本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了鑄造車間篩砂機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn),給出了鑄造車間篩砂機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)連桿的設(shè)計(jì)和傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)動(dòng)方案要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明。本文重點(diǎn)介紹了鑄造車間篩砂機(jī)各部分設(shè)計(jì)和校核。
本設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容分為三大部分:
1) 傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)動(dòng)方案設(shè)計(jì)
2) 減速器機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)
3) 工作機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)
主要設(shè)計(jì)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)動(dòng)方案和工作機(jī)構(gòu),確定了減速器傳動(dòng)的各主要參數(shù),對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)中的各部件進(jìn)行了選型,設(shè)計(jì),校核。
本設(shè)計(jì)的主要特點(diǎn)是:節(jié)省投資,控制方便。

Abstract
Before reform and opening up, due to the backward production technology, used for sand casting sand is done by artificial selection, the process by human throw sand into the yarn to achieve the purpose of screening sand in a bottle. Because this approach requires a lot of manual labor, time consuming. Especially for the large-scale production, its efficiency is very low. With the introduction of foreign technology, is widely used in sand screen started, its advantage is: solve the original artificial sand screening in the problem of low efficiency of time-consuming and laborious, and screen out uniform fine sand, not only meet the requirement of the foundry sand, sand casting precision was improved also. Is now more common vibration type and roller sand screening machine.
This paper introduces the sand-shaker of the structure and characteristics of the shaker is the design of sand, and link the design and transmission system for a sports programmes elements summary statement. This article focuses on the shaker machine sand all parts of the design and verification.
The design of the main content is divided into three parts:
1) Transmission System Design Movement
2) Reducer Design
3) The design work
The main drive system design work and sports programmes, identified turbo-drive vortex of the main parameters of the drive mechanism in various parts of the selection, design, check.
The design of the main features are: saving investment, convenient control.
