試論我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪及其法律制度

　　摘要：當(dāng)今時(shí)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)日新月異,日益滲透到人們生活的方方面面,已經(jīng)成為人類現(xiàn)代生活中不可缺少的重要組成部分，它對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、國家安全、國民教育和現(xiàn)代化管理都起著無可比擬的作用，但同時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪也愈加嚴(yán)重。本文分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪的特點(diǎn)，并對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪的責(zé)任追究和完善我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)立法方面進(jìn)行了具體的分析。

　　Abstract: The technology of the network has already been linked with people s life together closely. It plays a very important role to economic development, national security, national education and modernized management. But the crime of the network is further more serious too. The characteristic of the crime of the network has been analyzed in this text and this text proposes perfecting the suggestion to the legislation respect of our country.
