摘要:在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)中,培育和發(fā)展核心競爭力,對(duì)任何一個(gè)企業(yè)都至關(guān)重要,因?yàn)楹诵母偁幜σ坏┬纬?,就成為企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略性資產(chǎn),并能夠給企業(yè)帶來可持續(xù)發(fā)展的競爭優(yōu)勢。而缺乏企業(yè)核心競爭力正是我國發(fā)展大公司和企業(yè)集團(tuán)所面臨的一個(gè)突出問題。國外一些著名學(xué)者和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家早在20世紀(jì)90年代就提出企業(yè)核心競爭力概念,并對(duì)其展開研究,而國內(nèi)的一些學(xué)者也在基于我國國情的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)核心競爭力進(jìn)一步、多角度的深入分析和研究。本文作者在參考大量有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)后,對(duì)企業(yè)核心競爭力理論做了綜述,并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合我國國情提出一點(diǎn)建議。

abstract: In the modern economic society , foster and develop key competitiveness , it is all essential to any enterprise, because once key competitiveness takes shape, become strategic assets of enterprises, and can bring the competition advantage of sustainable development to enterprise . And it is exactly an outstanding problem that the big company of development of our country and enterprise group face to lack enterprise's key competitiveness. Some foreign famous scholar and economist propose enterprise's key competitiveness concept as far back as the 1990s, and launch research , and some domestic scholars , to the further , in-depth analysis and studying of much angles of key competitiveness on the foundation based on national conditions of our country to it. The author of this text has done the survey to enterprise's key competitiveness theory after consulting a large number of relevant documents, and combine the national conditions of our country and propose some suggestions on this basis.
