計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，特別是計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展，越來(lái)越深刻的改變了人們生活的方方面面。使得人們能以更低廉的價(jià)格，開(kāi)發(fā)出更方便、更實(shí)用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)工具。各種在線服務(wù)系統(tǒng)，更是深刻的影響了人們的聯(lián)系方式，使得人們可以在遠(yuǎn)隔千里之遙隨時(shí)通訊。過(guò)去的種種陳舊的聯(lián)系方式，已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代生活的需要。校友錄作為一種方便校友之間聯(lián)系的實(shí)用系統(tǒng)便應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。華工校友錄是為華工校友之間進(jìn)行交流和聯(lián)系提供的一個(gè)平臺(tái)。通過(guò)提供完善的校友錄服務(wù)和規(guī)范校友錄的管理，可以達(dá)到增進(jìn)校友之間、校友與母校之間的感情，方便校友聯(lián)系的目的?；谖倚，F(xiàn)有的校友錄系統(tǒng)功能比較簡(jiǎn)單、頁(yè)面粗糙、安全性不強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)，我們參考了我?，F(xiàn)有的系統(tǒng)和一些在線應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)（比如chinaren，友聯(lián)等），對(duì)我校的校友錄系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了比較全面徹底的改進(jìn)，使得我校的校友錄系統(tǒng)無(wú)論是在功能、用戶界面、安全性、可擴(kuò)充性等都得到了根本的改進(jìn)。鑒于在線的校友錄系統(tǒng)一般都沒(méi)有實(shí)現(xiàn)即時(shí)通訊的功能，而即時(shí)通訊已經(jīng)成為了現(xiàn)代生活的一種強(qiáng)烈的需求，所以在我校的校友錄系統(tǒng)中，增加了聊天室功能，使得用戶可以隨時(shí)隨地的即時(shí)交流。

Abstract
Those traditional ways of contact in the past cannot fulfill the needs of the modern life. To provide a convenient contact system for the alumnus, alumni come into existence. The alumni of South China University of Technology is a platform providing channel of contact and communication for the alumnus of SCUT. Through the provided perfect service and the normative control, the alumni can bring the alumnus and the alma mater more closely and make convenience for the contact between alumni. But the system function of present alumni of our university is simply, rough and of low security, it cannot so sufficient to serve the communication purpose. Based on the consulting of the existing alumni system of our school and some other applied on-line system (such as chinaren, YOULIAN), we have made complete and all-sided improvement to our university's alumni. These include the fundamental improvement in function, customer interface, security and expandability. The immediate communication is demanded urgently in present days while most of the online alumni systems lack this function. So in the alumni of our university, we add the function of chatting room to help the immediate communication between customers.
