關(guān)于職業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員流動(dòng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析

摘要：隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的不斷深入，體育，作為一項(xiàng)重要社會(huì)活動(dòng)，也順應(yīng)這一必然的趨勢(shì)不斷深化以產(chǎn)業(yè)化、市場(chǎng)化、職業(yè)化為方向的體制改革，因而使體育產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了較快的發(fā)展。但是，由于受計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)殘余的束縛以及職業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員市場(chǎng)不成熟等因素的影響，職業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的流動(dòng)中仍然存在著工資過高、轉(zhuǎn)會(huì)費(fèi)的確定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不明確、流動(dòng)的動(dòng)機(jī)不合理等問題，嚴(yán)重阻礙了體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料、調(diào)查問卷等方法，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外職業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的流動(dòng)問題進(jìn)行了調(diào)查、分析，并借鑒相關(guān)的研究成果，為進(jìn)一步健全職業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的流動(dòng)提供了一些合理的建議。

Abstract: Along with the reforms in the market-oriented economic system, adjusting the inevitable trend, sport, which is seemed as an important social activity, is still preceding the system reform that aims at industrialization, marketability, and profession. As a result, sports industry has been developing very quickly. But, as suffering from the fetter of rudimental planned economy factors and immature professional players’ market, there still are some problems existed in the mobility of professional players, such as wages are too high, lack a clear and definite standard according which to make dues of the mobility's quantity certain, and athletes’ wills for the mobility are still not scientific and reasonable, and so on. These questions are obstructions of the development of sports industry. By using the questionnaire investigate method literatures & data method and logical analysis method, this thesis analyzed questions in the mobility of the domestic and international professional players, and used the related research results for reference, in order to provide some reasonable suggestions for perfecting the mobility of professional players.
