中國文化的負(fù)面對管理政策選擇的影響

摘要 本文在概括我國傳統(tǒng)文化負(fù)面特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用民族文化四維度理論分析了對管理的影響，并指出了中國傳統(tǒng)文化所支持的管理政策。
