山西產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構調(diào)整與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的思考

摘要：山西省作為內(nèi)陸省份，資源豐富，但經(jīng)濟發(fā)展比較緩慢，在全國處于落后地位。為什么隨著全國經(jīng)濟的迅猛發(fā)展，山西經(jīng)濟增長幅度不大，并且有退步的傾向呢？山西經(jīng)濟落后的癥結(jié)在于畸形的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構。在21世紀的今天,20年前制定的能源基地戰(zhàn)略已經(jīng)逐步失卻了其現(xiàn)實指導意義，重新制定山西經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展思路已經(jīng)勢在必行。通過對山西三大產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構現(xiàn)狀與存在問題的分析,結(jié)合山西經(jīng)濟社會的歷史與資源比較優(yōu)勢,提出了山西進行產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構調(diào)整的戰(zhàn)略思路以及推進經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的若干對策。

Abstract: As an inland province Shanxi is rich in natural resources but slow in economic growth, ranking with backward of the country. While the economy of the country as a whole is having a rapid development, Shanxi’s economy grows within a narrow range and even has a trend of retrogression. Why so? The key sticking point that Shanxi’s economy fall behind consists in the abnormality industrial structure. Nowadays, the strategy to be a base of energy resources made before twenty years has declinded to lose a reality meaning of guide. Establish afresh the economy society in Shanxi develop the way of thinking already and certainly at inevitable. Based on analysis of the present situation and problems of Shanxi’s industrial structure, combinded with its history and resource superiority, puts forward a series of industry strategies of Shanxi province industrial structure adjusts to develop with economy.
