論我國商業(yè)銀行的公司理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)

【內(nèi)容摘要】深入開展公司理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)是我國商業(yè)銀行緩解由于存貸款利差水平降低，以及在WTO框架下金融市場開放所帶來的外資銀行的競爭壓力，彌補(bǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)性的缺陷，完善服務(wù)功能，提高自身的競爭力，建立現(xiàn)代金融企業(yè)的重要途徑。我國目前的經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融環(huán)境為商業(yè)銀行開展公司理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)提供了前所未有的機(jī)遇，同時(shí)也面臨著諸多的挑戰(zhàn)。盡管我國商業(yè)銀行的公司理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)由于起步晚，經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足等因素存在著不少的問題，與國外的銀行存在著巨大的差距，但只要我們努力做好市場、產(chǎn)品、營銷、人才等全方位的準(zhǔn)備，精心培育公司理財(cái)市場，便足以應(yīng)對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的挑戰(zhàn)。

【Abstract】For the commercial banks in China, to deepen the business of company financing is the important way to release the competitive pressure caused by the reduce of the productiveness and the open financial market under the frame of WTO. Also it’s meaningful to make up the constructional defect, perfect the function of service, improve the competitive ability and build modern financial enterprises. Nowadays, the economic and financial environment offers the best opportunity for the commercial banks to develop the business of company financing and brings challenge by the same time. Although the domestic banks are lack of experience and have several shortages compared with the banks oversea, they also can deal with the challenge caused by the globalization by making full- scales arrangements involving all factors of market, products, sale and human-resource.
