電子支付的發(fā)展和前景

摘要

本文介紹了電子支付的發(fā)展歷程，繼而展望了電子支付的未來(lái)。電子商務(wù)正在帶來(lái)一場(chǎng)史無(wú)前例的革命，電子支付是電子商務(wù)活動(dòng)中最核心，最關(guān)鍵的環(huán)節(jié)，是電子商務(wù)得以進(jìn)行的基礎(chǔ)條件。電子支付作為一種新的支付手段正在悄然興起。它有多種多樣的形式，但其中運(yùn)用較多的是信用卡和智能卡。本文介紹了信用卡和智能卡在國(guó)內(nèi)，國(guó)外的發(fā)展情況，由此可明顯的看出雙方在電子支付領(lǐng)域的差距。之后，結(jié)合目前大規(guī)模進(jìn)行的西部開(kāi)發(fā)，闡述了電子商務(wù)在西部建設(shè)中不可替代的作用，進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明了電子支付在西部的發(fā)展方向和注意事項(xiàng)，即西部在開(kāi)發(fā)中一定要借鑒東部和國(guó)外的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，避免走彎路。真正做到“一卡在手，走遍世界”，也使電子支付走進(jìn)千家萬(wàn)戶不再是夢(mèng)想。

Abstract

This technical paper introduces the development of electronic payment and prospects the future of electronic payment. E-business brings us an unprecedented technology wave. Electronic payment is one of the most important parts of e-business and the base of it. The primary methods of electronic payment are credit cards and IC cards. Compared to the booming electronic payment in the foreign countries, China has a big job to do. After that , the document highlights the role of e-business in the development of the world. All in all, E is essential for all of us.
