陽(yáng)極板自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線后翻板機(jī)械手
摘要:
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是關(guān)于云南銅業(yè)自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線陽(yáng)極板的后翻板機(jī)械手。我設(shè)計(jì)的這部分主要作用是把水平的陽(yáng)極板豎立成垂直狀態(tài),便于陽(yáng)極板的運(yùn)輸,在移載的過程中機(jī)構(gòu)主要完成三個(gè)動(dòng)作:傾斜方向的向上運(yùn)動(dòng)和豎直方向上運(yùn)動(dòng)和水平方向上的運(yùn)動(dòng)。
通過對(duì)原有設(shè)備的研究與借鑒,研究符合于我們自己的生產(chǎn)線。在實(shí)現(xiàn)豎直方向上運(yùn)動(dòng)的時(shí)候,采用了增加兩個(gè)導(dǎo)向桿的形式,以便移動(dòng)平穩(wěn)。控制轉(zhuǎn)臂啟停以及行程是完全靠幾個(gè)行程開關(guān)控制油路中的換向閥換位實(shí)現(xiàn)的。此次設(shè)計(jì)集合了光、機(jī)、電、液技術(shù)。并且本生產(chǎn)線已投產(chǎn),運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常,還有些待于我們改進(jìn)。
本次設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)放在了液壓設(shè)計(jì)部分。主要包括:執(zhí)行元件速度、負(fù)載、功率分析;液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖設(shè)計(jì);液壓元件的選擇和計(jì)算;集成塊的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算等等。

Turn over the manipulator of board after the automatic production line of anode plate
Abstract:
This graduation design turns over the manipulator of board after is an automatic production line anode plate of concerning copper industry of Yunnan .This part of main actions that I design are to stand up the anode plate of the level perpendicular condition, the carriage of the easy to anode plate, the mechanism mainly completes three workings in the process of move carry: Incline the direction headings up the running and keeps the direction of vertical the running and levels the running that square heading up.
Through the research to the original equipments with use for reference, study to match in our own production line .At the time of carrying out to keep the direction of vertical ascend exercise, adopted to increase two forms that lead to the arm, for the purpose of removal steady .To control the arm of screws' start and stop ,and the stroke ,is complete to depend on a few strokes switch of change toward valve to change the position .This design accumulated the light, machine ,electronic, liquid technique .And this production line has already throw to produce, work normally, they still need to be improved.
A design point is the hydraulic pressure design part .Mainly include :Carrying component's speed, load, power analyses; The design of hydraulic pressure system principle chart ;The choice and the calculation of the component of hydraulic pressure; Gather block's design and calculation etc.
