摘要
JT系列提升絞車(chē)可供煤礦、金屬礦、非金屬礦在傾斜巷道作升降物料和人員之用,也可作為小型豎井的提升設(shè)備。據(jù)制造工藝的不同,可把提升機(jī)的滾筒結(jié)構(gòu)分為鑄造一焊接混合型(支輪為鑄造,滾筒為焊接)和焊接型。
機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)包括減速器和聯(lián)軸器,礦井提升機(jī)主軸的轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)由于受提升速度的限制,一般在l0一60轉(zhuǎn)/|分之間,而用作拖動(dòng)的電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)數(shù),一般在480一960轉(zhuǎn)/分之間。這樣,除采用低速直流電動(dòng)機(jī)拖動(dòng)外,一般情況下不能將主軸與電動(dòng)機(jī)直接聯(lián)接,中間必須經(jīng)過(guò)減速器。因而減速器的作用是減速印傳遞動(dòng)力。聯(lián)軸器由半聯(lián)軸器、柱銷(xiāo)等零件組成。由于柱銷(xiāo)具有緩沖和減震作用,因而具有傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、噪音小、安全可靠、易于維護(hù)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。主軸與減速器輸出軸的連接采用齒式聯(lián)軸器。
潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)是一切機(jī)械系統(tǒng)中很重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的作用是:在提升機(jī)工作時(shí),不間斷地向主軸承、減邊器軸承和嚙合齒面壓送潤(rùn)滑油,以保證軸承和齒輪能良好的工作潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)必須與自動(dòng)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)和主電動(dòng)機(jī)聯(lián)鎖
