摘 要
本次課程設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)我選的是接觸環(huán)零件沖壓工藝分析和模具的具體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。通過查閱了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,對(duì)接觸環(huán)零件進(jìn)行工藝性分析,選擇并確定符合于給定條件的最優(yōu)工藝方案,及進(jìn)行了工藝與設(shè)計(jì)的有關(guān)計(jì)算,如:選擇基本工序,確定其順序、工序數(shù)目及工序組合形式。介紹了主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)理念,詳細(xì)剖析了設(shè)計(jì)過程中一些思路,以及某些非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件的使用特點(diǎn)。闡述了工位級(jí)進(jìn)模的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn), 使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求。然后以此為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)出沖壓模具主要零件的結(jié)構(gòu)。并在設(shè)計(jì)中,介紹了零件的排樣圖、定位設(shè)計(jì)、沖裁力的計(jì)算和壓力中心的計(jì)算。
分析了沖模模架的基本類型,討論了沖模模架的技術(shù)要求,介紹了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架的裝配工藝。并指出了模架裝配時(shí)的注意事項(xiàng)。條料的步進(jìn)定位是一個(gè)很重要的工序,其對(duì)工件的精度影響很重要,因此對(duì)其設(shè)計(jì)的準(zhǔn)確性與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性對(duì)模具既有利于模具維修的規(guī)范化,也為整個(gè)模具的順利生產(chǎn)打下了一個(gè)良好的基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí)凸、凹模結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量影響也很大,在提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和降低成本的前提下,設(shè)計(jì)出合理而簡(jiǎn)單的凸、凹模結(jié)構(gòu)是設(shè)計(jì)中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。
