摘 要
隨著我國(guó)模具行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,加之各種性能優(yōu)越的工程塑料的不斷開(kāi)發(fā),塑料成型工藝越來(lái)越多地用于成形各種性能要求的產(chǎn)品。
本論文屬于注射成型模具設(shè)計(jì),分析了數(shù)碼相機(jī)電池充電器外殼的工藝特點(diǎn),介紹數(shù)碼相機(jī)電池充電器外殼注射模具的結(jié)構(gòu)。重點(diǎn)介紹了其設(shè)計(jì)方法和過(guò)程,分析和闡述了數(shù)碼相機(jī)電池充電器外殼的材料,結(jié)構(gòu)要素,塑件的尺寸公差和精度的選擇,塑件的成型工藝性主要包括塑件的壁厚,斜度和圓角以及是否有抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)。通過(guò)以上的分析來(lái)確定模具分型面、型腔數(shù)目、澆口形式、位置大??;其中最重要的是確定型芯和型腔的結(jié)構(gòu),例如是采用整體式還是鑲拼式,以及它們的定位和固緊方式。此外還分析了模具受力,脫模機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),合模導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)等。注射機(jī)的選擇和校核,成型零件的工作尺寸的計(jì)算, 斜頂桿的設(shè)計(jì),澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),以及冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì), 脫模推出機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),模架及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選擇。 根據(jù)計(jì)算和查閱得來(lái)的資料,借助大型三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件Pro/e實(shí)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品造型、模具分型、模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),得到了直觀的數(shù)碼相機(jī)電池充電器注射模的設(shè)計(jì)模型,然后,轉(zhuǎn)換成CAD格式。
通過(guò)對(duì)塑件的分析決定采用潛伏式澆口,利用推桿頂料及內(nèi)抽芯方式并對(duì)模具的材料進(jìn)行了選擇。如此設(shè)計(jì)出的結(jié)構(gòu)可確保模具工作運(yùn)用可靠。最后對(duì)模具結(jié)構(gòu)與注射機(jī)的匹配進(jìn)行了校核。并用autoCAD繪制了一套模具裝配圖和零件圖。

According to available computing and obtained information , through large three-dimensional Pro/E design software to achieve a product modeling, mold type, mold design, the five shout the on board cap of injection mold intuitive design model, after converted to CAD format.
Through the analysis of part the decision that using the submarine gate and use of materials and putting in top form and die out of the core material of choice. So the structure can be designed to ensure that the use of reliable mold work. Finally, the structure and mold injection machine to match the check.
