摘 要:柴油機(jī)機(jī)體為大批大量生產(chǎn)的零件,但是國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的加工設(shè)備都不能很好地滿足上述加工質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率等方面的要求,這在一定程度上制約了柴油機(jī)的性能保證和生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量的提高。為了保證生產(chǎn)效率,滿足被加工零件的精度要求且保持加工精度穩(wěn)定,本文介紹的R180柴油機(jī)機(jī)體三面精鏜孔組合機(jī)床,是在調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,吸收了鏜床設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),根據(jù)具體情況設(shè)計(jì)、制造而成。根據(jù)切削用量的選擇,計(jì)算切削力、切削扭矩及切削功率,確定主軸直徑、外伸尺寸、接桿型號(hào),選擇滑臺(tái)、動(dòng)力箱等通用部件,再確定動(dòng)力部件的工作循環(huán)及工作行程,完成機(jī)床聯(lián)系尺寸的制定。機(jī)體加工中,精鏜孔工序的加工質(zhì)量將直接影響柴油機(jī)的功率、油耗、噪聲等性能,因而要求該工序的加工設(shè)備具有較高的生產(chǎn)效率和自動(dòng)化程度。該組合機(jī)床不僅能保證鉆孔精度,還能提高加工效率,降低工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。

Abstract:The cylinder block of diesel is made for large quantities of mass production, but the domestic and existing processing equipment can't well meet the requests for processing the quality and production efficiency , etc. At present, This restrain performance of diesel engine from guaranteed and produces the improvement of the output to a certain extent. In order to assure the production efficiency, Three precise bore holes of organism of R180 diesel engine designed now make up the lathe , it is on the basis of surveying and study, Have absorbed the merit that the boring machine is designed, succeed according to concrete conditions design and manufacture, Such as putting into production using in succession, will obtain the satisfied result . According to the cutting parameters, it calculated the cutting force, the cutting torque and the cutting power, determined spindle diameter, the extend size and the link-pole model, choose sliding table, the power box and so on, then determined the operating cycle and the stroke of the power part, formulated the relation size of the machine-tool. In the organism is processed, the processing quality of the precise bore hole process will influence the performance, such as power, oil consumption, noise of the diesel engine ,etc, require the processing equipment of this process to have higher production efficiency and automatic degree. This combined machine-tool not only has guaranteed the drill hole precision, but also enhanced the processing efficiency, reduced workers' labor intensity.
