摘要:由于TY295柴油機(jī)使用的廣泛性,該型號(hào)柴油機(jī)機(jī)體是需要大批量生產(chǎn)的。為提高其加工精度和生產(chǎn)效率,需要設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)組合機(jī)床來改善柴油機(jī)機(jī)體的加工情況。本課題是針對(duì)TY295柴油機(jī)機(jī)體三面鉆孔組合機(jī)床總體及左主軸箱的設(shè)計(jì),用于同時(shí)加工被加工零件左側(cè)面上的15個(gè) 孔,3個(gè) 孔;右側(cè)面上7個(gè) 孔,3個(gè) 孔,5個(gè) 孔;后面上的3個(gè) 孔,一個(gè) 孔,一次裝夾同時(shí)完成37個(gè)孔的加工。
在設(shè)計(jì)過程中,采用后面、左面、下面三面定位, 左面和后面用定位銷定位,下面用定位條定位。上面采用氣壓缸夾緊, 加工工藝性較好,零件裝夾方便。此次設(shè)計(jì)主要分為組合機(jī)床總體設(shè)計(jì)和左主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)兩大部分,在進(jìn)行這兩塊設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),首先需要確定切削用量,計(jì)算切削力、切削扭矩、切削功率及刀具耐用度,然后以此確定主軸、外伸尺寸等。對(duì)于主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)部分,首先需要繪制設(shè)計(jì)原始依據(jù)圖,并進(jìn)行主軸、齒輪的確定與動(dòng)力計(jì)算,接著進(jìn)行主軸箱的動(dòng)力計(jì)算等,最后,還需進(jìn)行齒輪、各類軸的校核,就此完成了整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程。此次設(shè)計(jì)采用臥式單工位三面同時(shí)鉆孔的方案,這是設(shè)計(jì)的亮點(diǎn),能夠大大節(jié)約加工時(shí)間,提高工作效率。同時(shí)本組合機(jī)床有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、操作方便、加工精度高、工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低及有利于提高加工生產(chǎn)率等優(yōu)點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)要求。

Design of General and Left Headstock of Modular Machine Tool for Drilling Holes on Three-Side of TY295 Diesel Engine Block
Abstract: Due to the extensive use of TY295 diesel engine. It is a product which needs of mass production. In order to prove the disposition and the production efficiency, we need to design a high effective modular machine tool to improve the production of the TY295 Diesel Engine Block. This issue is a design of TY295 engine block for drilling on three sides and left the overall combination of machine tool spindle box. This used for cure the holes of Three-Side of TY295 Diesel Engine Economy at one time, left face of fifteen holes with the diameter is 6.8, 3 holes with the diameter is 8.5; the right side surface of seven holes whit the diameter is 6.8, three holes with the diameter is 8.5, 5 holes whit the diameter is10.3; behind side surface of the 3-holes with the diameter is 12, a hole with the diameter is 14.
The modular machine tool uses the horizontal-type single location three-side processing plan, the processing and assembly technology capability is good, and it clamps conveniently. In the design process of jig, the work piece has been located by three surfaces - behind, left and underside. A pin has been used on the behind and left. Two orientation bars have been used on the underside. Use pneumatic cylinder to clamp the above and the right side. On the compress platen,using a guide rod to guide clamping, in order to make it clamping smooth and reliable. This design included the design of machine tool and the headstock of left.I need to determine the cutting parameters to calculate the cutting force, torque, power and tool life, and then to determine the axis size outriggers first. For the Part of the spindle box design, we should draw the picture, count the principal axis and the gear, the drive of headstock. At last, we must check these. This modular machine tool has many advantages such as the simple structure, the ease operation, the high processing precision , the worker labor intensity is low and is advantageous to raise the production efficiency and so on.
