本文主要介紹ZH1105柴油機(jī)氣缸體三面攻螺紋組合機(jī)機(jī)床的設(shè)計(jì)。因?yàn)楣に嚪桨冈诤艽蟪潭壬蠜Q定組合機(jī)床的結(jié)構(gòu)配置和實(shí)用性能。因此應(yīng)根據(jù)被加工工件的特點(diǎn),按組合機(jī)床常用的設(shè)計(jì)方法、充分考慮各種影響因素,并分析后擬訂出可靠的工藝方案。在設(shè)計(jì)多軸箱時(shí),根據(jù)加工工序圖確定所需設(shè)計(jì)的組合機(jī)床上完成的工藝內(nèi)容,加工部位的尺寸、精度、表面粗糙度及技術(shù)要求,加工用的定位基準(zhǔn)、壓緊部位以及被加工零件的材料、硬度和在本機(jī)床加工前的加工余量。認(rèn)真分析研究并確定設(shè)計(jì)方案,計(jì)算所需的功率,設(shè)計(jì)出適合加工本工序的組合機(jī)床。
