摘 要
真空冷凍干燥(Vaccum Freeze-Drying,簡稱凍干)是將物體凍結(jié)到共晶點(diǎn)溫度以下,然后在較高的真空條件下通過升華干燥除去物體中水分的一種干燥方法。隨著制冷、真空、生物、電子等技術(shù)的發(fā)展,真空冷凍干燥設(shè)備現(xiàn)在已廣泛的應(yīng)用于醫(yī)學(xué)、生物學(xué)、藥學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)等領(lǐng)域,目前還應(yīng)用于分子生物學(xué)、基因工程學(xué)、新型生物醫(yī)學(xué)、中藥新制劑、高品質(zhì)方便食品、考古學(xué)、粉末材料制造等領(lǐng)域。目前對(duì)凍干設(shè)備性能的研究已引起廣泛的興趣和重視。該機(jī)廣泛用于食品工業(yè)、化學(xué)工業(yè)、醫(yī)藥工業(yè)、電子工業(yè)等行業(yè)的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究部門,已是基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究中必不可少的基本手段,為生產(chǎn)小樣生物制品與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究提供了一種新型加工設(shè)備。
本文介紹了ZLG-0.4型試驗(yàn)用真空冷凍干燥機(jī)的工作原理、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。ZLG-0.4型凍干機(jī)是凍干合一型。本機(jī)具有加熱和制冷的功能。能對(duì)物料進(jìn)行干燥。它由干燥箱、水汽凝結(jié)器(捕水器)、加熱系統(tǒng)、真空系統(tǒng)、制冷系統(tǒng)和電氣控制系統(tǒng)六大部件組成。設(shè)計(jì)的主要部分是干燥箱、水汽凝結(jié)器(捕水器)、真空系統(tǒng)和制冷系統(tǒng)。凍干箱中設(shè)工件架,工件架上設(shè)有擱板,用來擱置凍干的物料。凍干箱工作溫度范圍-60℃-+80℃左右。擱板工作溫度范圍+125-55℃。水汽凝結(jié)器用來凝結(jié)物料升華產(chǎn)生的水汽,用接管和凍干箱相連。制冷循環(huán)一般為復(fù)疊式,制冷系統(tǒng)中涉及兩個(gè)熱力膨脹閥和兩個(gè)電磁截止閥,分別通向凍干箱和捕水器,兩個(gè)電磁截止閥相互連鎖,一個(gè)開啟時(shí),兩一個(gè)關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。真空系統(tǒng)包括凍干箱,捕水器和真空管道,選擇真空泵,選旋葉泵。加熱系統(tǒng),凍干箱的隔板的升溫采用管狀加熱器直接加熱。

ZLG - 0.4 Experimental Design of the Lyophilizer
Abstract
Vacuum freeze-drying is a kind of dry method,which is to freeze the object below the eutectic point temperature ,then pass the sublimation to obviate the moisture from the object under the condition of higher vacuum.With the development of refrigeration,vacuum,biology,electronics,etc.,now vacuum freeze-drying equipments have already applied to the realms extensively,such as medical science,biology,pharmacy and agriculture,etc,so far they still apply to the molecular biology, genetic engineering, new biomedical science,new type Chinese herbal medicine,high-quality convenient food, archeology and the powder material manufacturing etc.Researches on the function of vacuum freeze-drying equipment have already caused the extensive interest and value.
This article describes the ZLG-0.4-type test with vacuum freeze-drying machine works,structural features,design calculations.ZLG-0.4-scale freeze-dried unity. This machine has a heating and cooling function.The material to dry.It consists of oven,condensation (water catching),heating system,vacuum system,cooling system and electrical control system composed of six parts.The primary components of the oven, condensation (water catching),vacuum and cooling systems.The freeze-dried box set the frame of the workpiece,the workpiece rack has a shelf used to shelve the lyophilized material. Lyophilized box Operating temperature range -60 ℃ - +80 °C. The shelf operating temperature range +125-55 ℃. The condensation is used to condense the material sublimation of water vapor generated with takeovers and lyophilized box connected.Refrigeration cycle is generally complex cascade,involving two thermal expansion valve and two solenoid shut-off valve in the cooling system,leading to the freeze-dried box and water catching the two solenoid shut-off valve chain to each other,an open,Close state.The vacuum system consists of freeze-dried case of water traps and vacuum,to select vacuum pump,selected rotary vane pump.Heating system。
