摘要
本課題是刀桿手動(dòng)壓力機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì),針對機(jī)械裝置工作條件,設(shè)計(jì)符合實(shí)際工作要求的壓力機(jī)。壓力機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)包括齒輪軸、齒條、箱體的設(shè)計(jì)和一些零部件的選用校核等。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中,根據(jù)任務(wù)書提供的壓力機(jī)的長度、寬度、高度、行程等要求,完成壓力機(jī)的總體設(shè)計(jì)。對壓力機(jī)進(jìn)行受力分析,完成齒輪的設(shè)計(jì)。由于壓力機(jī)的機(jī)身結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,齒輪與軸連成一體,做成齒輪軸結(jié)構(gòu)。在齒輪軸設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)候,完成選用軸承、擬定軸上的零件的裝配方案、校核軸的強(qiáng)度要求等工作。完成齒輪軸結(jié)構(gòu)的的設(shè)計(jì)后,就可以進(jìn)一步確定與其嚙合的齒條的尺寸,并設(shè)計(jì)齒條的工藝規(guī)程。齒條的工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)有兩種方案,比較兩種方案的優(yōu)劣,選擇合適的一種。軸承對壓力機(jī)的工作發(fā)揮著重要的作用,應(yīng)該校核其強(qiáng)度,設(shè)計(jì)其密封裝置等。在以上各項(xiàng)工作完成后,可以設(shè)計(jì)壓力機(jī)機(jī)身(箱體)的設(shè)計(jì)和軸承端蓋的設(shè)計(jì)。最后,還應(yīng)進(jìn)行成本校核,成本核算的實(shí)質(zhì)是一種數(shù)據(jù)信息處理加工的轉(zhuǎn)換過程,即將日常已發(fā)生的各種資金的耗費(fèi),按一定方法和程序,按照已經(jīng)確定的成本核算對象或使用范圍進(jìn)行費(fèi)用的匯集和分配的過程。成本校核的目的是為了在滿足機(jī)械工作要求和加工精度的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)出最經(jīng)濟(jì)廉價(jià)產(chǎn)品。
