摘要

本文在我國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織的大背景下，對(duì)北京各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響進(jìn)行了較為細(xì)致和全面的分析。但根據(jù)北京的地方特色，對(duì)各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的分析存在著側(cè)重點(diǎn)。像旅游業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)業(yè)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)，是本文的主要論述點(diǎn)，分析了機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，有利和不利的條件以及應(yīng)對(duì)的措施。在前言部分，還簡(jiǎn)要的闡述了一下作者對(duì)我國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織地一小點(diǎn)分析，還往批評(píng)指正。

Abstract

This paper joins the big background of World Trade Organization in our country to take off, has carried out relatively careful and overall analysis for the influence of Beijing every estate. But according to the local characteristic of Beijing, the analysis for every estate exists to stress point. Like travel trade, real estate and third production department, is the major exposition point of this paper, have analyzed good fortune and challenge, is favorable with unfavorable condition as well as should correct measure. In preface part return brief have elaborated author for our country join the land of World Trade Organization a little a little analysis, still make a comment toward criticism.
