摘要
模具是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)工藝裝備,注塑模在機(jī)械、電子、航天航空、生物領(lǐng)域及日用品的生產(chǎn)中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。本次設(shè)計(jì)的是塑料掛鉤座注射模具,設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要包括模具總體結(jié)構(gòu)和零部件設(shè)計(jì),借助于軟件PRO/ENGINEER對(duì)模具結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了一定的分析,縮短了設(shè)計(jì)周期,如期設(shè)計(jì)出所要求的模具。本次設(shè)計(jì)的塑件由老師提供,首先利用PRO/ENGINEER把塑件的三維圖畫出來(lái),并利用里面的相應(yīng)模塊對(duì)塑件進(jìn)行厚度、質(zhì)量和投影面積進(jìn)行分析。然后查閱相應(yīng)的手冊(cè)對(duì)模具進(jìn)行必要的計(jì)算和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),最后通過Autocad繪制出模具圖。在設(shè)計(jì)中綜合考慮了個(gè)各種因素,并且包括模具材料的選用和注塑機(jī)的選用,并在最后校核了注塑機(jī)的工藝參數(shù),通過調(diào)研對(duì)模具進(jìn)行了估價(jià)。

Abstract
Mold is the basis for industrial production technology and equipment, injection mold has been widely used in the machinery, electronics, aerospace, bio-fields and the production of daily necessities. The design is injection molds of block linked to plastic, mold design includes the design of the overall structure and components, through the use of software, PRO / ENGINEER to mold the structure of a certain amount of analysis, to shorten the design cycle, as required by the design of the mold. The design of the plastic parts provided by the teacher, first of all, I use the PRO / ENGINEER to draw the three-dimensional plastic parts out of the picture and take advantage of inside the corresponding module for the thickness of the plastic parts, quality and an analysis of projected area. And then check the appropriate manual for the calculation of the necessary tooling and structural design, finally I draw the picture through the Autocad. In the design,I considered of a variety of factors, including the mold material and the selection and choice of injection molding machine, and in the final verification of the process parameters of injection molding machine, also, through research I carried out on the valuation.
