畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)（論文） 中 文 摘 要

　　　 隨著我國農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品的機(jī)械化進(jìn)程的加快，玉米的機(jī)械化收獲也已提上了日程，從90年代開始，在引進(jìn)國外技術(shù)和國內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)科研成果的基礎(chǔ)上，先后研究開發(fā)了機(jī)械化秸稈粉碎還田技術(shù)。這項(xiàng)技術(shù)有如下的好處：(1)爭農(nóng)時，減少環(huán)境污染。(2)利用資源，增養(yǎng)地力(3)促進(jìn)作物增產(chǎn)。
　　　本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的題目是：錘爪式秸稈粉碎機(jī)。其工作原理是：通過動刀片和定刀片的相配合，將進(jìn)入機(jī)器內(nèi)的玉米秸稈剪切、沖擊、撕裂成20—40毫米左右的碎秸稈，粉碎后的秸稈在離心力及重力作用下被拋出機(jī)外，均勻?yàn)⒉继镩g，為耕整地作業(yè)創(chuàng)造條件。本機(jī)型的特點(diǎn)是：工作幅度寬、效率高、秸稈粉碎后長度較小、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、外形美觀、結(jié)實(shí)耐用、物美價廉，是農(nóng)民朋友的理想農(nóng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品。

Title      Design of straw grinder                  

Abstract
The mechanization gain of the corn has been gone up to the calendar along with the course expedition of the mechanization of farming. From 90s on, we research and develop mechanization technology of straw stalk’s crush and give back to farmland. The advantages of the technology are as follows:
(1)save the time of gain, reduce the circumstance’s pollution.(2)make the best of the resources, increase the terra’s power.(3)promote the crop’s increase production.
   The subject of the design is the design of straw grinder.The work principle is: Cut strike and rip the corn stalk into about 20-40mm’s broken stalk by the match of the active reamer and the standing reamer, the broken stalk are pop out of the disintegrator under the acentric efforts and gravity, they are equably spread on the land, it creates conditions for plantation. The machine’s traits are: broad work scope; high efficiency; the broken stalk is small; compact configuration; handsome figuration; burliness and durable; it’s really a bargain and the farmers’ ideal farming machine production.
