摘    要
   
   隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,實(shí)驗(yàn)樓硬件設(shè)施也必須跟得上時(shí)代的步伐,因此,相應(yīng)的對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)樓建設(shè)的要求也越來(lái)越高。實(shí)驗(yàn)樓是一所學(xué)校形象的重要代表,也是我們非常熟悉的建筑物,實(shí)驗(yàn)樓辦公樓的建筑設(shè)計(jì)美不僅要外觀符合時(shí)代的需要大方、得體、體現(xiàn)時(shí)代特色,此外還必須有較高的實(shí)用性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、以滿足學(xué)校老師及其他工作人員的實(shí)際需要為根本目的。
   通過(guò)查閱相關(guān)資料,并將資料進(jìn)行總結(jié)和研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)有以下特點(diǎn):框架結(jié)構(gòu)整體性強(qiáng)、抗腐蝕能力強(qiáng)、經(jīng)久耐用,并且房間的開(kāi)間,進(jìn)深相對(duì)較大能為建筑提供靈活的使用空間,空間分割較自由,建筑主體大都采用框架結(jié)構(gòu),或框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),以滿足現(xiàn)代公共建筑的布置靈活、大開(kāi)間、大進(jìn)深的要求。
   實(shí)驗(yàn)樓建筑面積較大,使用人員眾多,流動(dòng)性大,一般布置為內(nèi)廊式建筑,必須考慮對(duì)消防、防火的要求,保證進(jìn)出建筑的通暢。
   本設(shè)計(jì)主要的步驟包括:方案設(shè)定階段、建筑施工圖階段、結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖階段、整理階段。
   到建筑的美觀、實(shí)用和經(jīng)濟(jì)等基本要求,宿舍樓的采光、通風(fēng)、人體舒適要求等等需對(duì)原方案作進(jìn)一步的改正。
   建筑施工圖階段:此階段主要將方案中的平、立、剖面圖加以細(xì)化,并增加在前三者中無(wú)法表示清楚的詳圖。對(duì)窗、門(mén)、電梯、樓梯等按規(guī)范要求設(shè)置。
   結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖階段:此階段分兩部分:一、根據(jù)建筑圖、結(jié)構(gòu)選型、結(jié)構(gòu)布置、構(gòu)件截面尺寸的確定(包括混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的選配)、結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算、構(gòu)件根據(jù)計(jì)算產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)力、得出構(gòu)件的配筋、再考慮構(gòu)造要求、繪制施工圖等,其中特別要注意的是合理進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)選型及結(jié)構(gòu)布置,選用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)。;二、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì):要保證圖紙完整表達(dá)。只有采用電算來(lái)提供基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)所需的基本數(shù)據(jù)(主要是柱底的內(nèi)力值)。在此情況下,根據(jù)內(nèi)力值選擇基礎(chǔ)型式。通過(guò)JCCAD進(jìn)行計(jì)算,繪制的基礎(chǔ)圖包括基礎(chǔ)平面圖和基礎(chǔ)詳圖。
