摘要:在高層建筑不斷興起的今天,電梯已成為人類不可缺少的運(yùn)輸工具。本次專業(yè)綜合設(shè)計(jì)正是利用西門子S7-200PLC及組態(tài)王6.5設(shè)計(jì)三層模擬電梯裝置遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中,首先分析了本次設(shè)計(jì)所要做的控制任務(wù)和要求,大致的畫出系統(tǒng)的流程框圖;然后結(jié)合系統(tǒng)流程圖編寫出PLC的程序梯形圖,調(diào)試程序,直到滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求為之;接著用組態(tài)王模擬出三層電梯并實(shí)現(xiàn)組態(tài)王與PLC的通信,監(jiān)控PLC運(yùn)行;最后接線進(jìn)行總調(diào)試。本設(shè)計(jì)主要講述了其設(shè)計(jì)思路,設(shè)計(jì)程序及調(diào)試方法。

Abstract: Along with the high-rising building and large mansions continuously springs up, the elevator has become a conveyance tool of mankind’s indispensability. This synthetical-major design is using SIEMENS S7-200 PLC as well as KINDVIEW6.5 aims to simulate and monitor a three-layer elevator. In this project, firstly analyse the control task and requirements, and roughly draw the flow chart of the system. After that, write a PLC program and debug the program combining with the flow chart until the system meets the requirements. Then simulate the three-layer elevator by KINDVIEW6.5 and achieve the communication between KINDVIEW6.5 and PLC. KINDVIEW6.5 is also used to monitor the operation status of the elevator PLC control system. Ultimately, link wires, test and adjust the system. This paper mainly introduces its train of designing thought, program and adjusting ways.
