摘  要

18米車載式布料機(jī)是一種由汽車底盤、混凝土輸送泵、可回轉(zhuǎn)和折疊伸縮的布料臂架系統(tǒng)等組成的高效混凝土澆筑設(shè)備。其中最重要的部件就是臂架系統(tǒng)，它負(fù)責(zé)將混凝土通過(guò)臂架上的輸送管輸送到各種復(fù)雜的建筑施工位置；它的布料性能體現(xiàn)在高效的工作適應(yīng)性、靈活便捷的操作和機(jī)構(gòu)、結(jié)構(gòu)的高可靠性。 18米車載式布料機(jī)是一個(gè)專門服務(wù)于農(nóng)村房屋和橋梁施工的短臂架產(chǎn)品，此產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)要求以二軸(橋)底盤上的最長(zhǎng)18米臂架為餌標(biāo)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、分析及優(yōu)化。論文以農(nóng)村實(shí)際建設(shè)為依托，以設(shè)計(jì)出優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效18米布料臂架系統(tǒng)為目標(biāo)，圍繞材料力學(xué)分析、動(dòng)力學(xué)分析及機(jī)械系統(tǒng)控制設(shè)計(jì)等方面中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究。

Abstract

Concrete pump is the efficient concrete pouring equipment that consist of chassis、concrete pump、rotatable and collapsible telescopic cloth boom system. The most important part of the concrete pump is the boom system which transported concrete to the location of a variety of complex construction through the boom on the concrete pipes. In addition, the performance fabrics of the boom system works efficient、safe and adaptable,flexible and convenient to operate. 18m pump is the product that specialized service in the construction of rural houses and bridges short jib. The research、analysis and optimization of the 18m pump is with two axes (bridge) on the chassis of the longest 18 meters boom as standard bait. Around the mechanics of materials analysis, dynamic analysis and structural optimization design and mechanical control system design and other aspects of the key technical issues, the research rely on the actual construction of rural, aim to design a high quality, efficient 18 m boom pump system.
