摘  要
近年來(lái),在中國(guó)企業(yè)中新生代農(nóng)民工的比例越來(lái)越高,隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,新生代農(nóng)民工已然成為我國(guó)企業(yè)發(fā)展的一支中堅(jiān)力量,新生代農(nóng)民工的工作滿意度對(duì)于企業(yè)的發(fā)展非常重要新生代農(nóng)民工與上一代農(nóng)民工相比,受教育水平較高,更渴望融入城市社會(huì),維權(quán)意識(shí)更強(qiáng),有較高的職業(yè)要求、就業(yè)環(huán)境等。但是城市社會(huì)的排斥以及企業(yè)觀念的落后使得他們受到了不平等待遇,大部分企業(yè)仍延續(xù)著對(duì)待上一代農(nóng)民工的管理方式對(duì)待新生代農(nóng)民工,這使他們對(duì)工作的滿意度較低。員工工作滿意度的高低直接影響到員工的士氣以及企業(yè)的效益,員工不滿意就有可能在工作中做出不當(dāng)?shù)男袨?,使得企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)中的承受巨大的未知風(fēng)險(xiǎn), 最終會(huì)影響到企業(yè)的發(fā)展。
本文從中小企業(yè)的新生代農(nóng)民工這一特殊群體出發(fā),以特定企業(yè)的新生代農(nóng)民工作為樣本進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查其工作滿意度狀況。通過(guò)對(duì)有效問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行分析得出結(jié)果,從而提出對(duì)于新生代農(nóng)民工工作滿意度問(wèn)題的解決對(duì)策和改進(jìn)措施。希望對(duì)類似企業(yè)也有借鑒意義和參考價(jià)值。

Abstract
In recent years, the proportion of the new generation of migrant workers has become increasingly higher in China. With the continuous development of society, the new generation of migrant workers has become a backbone of corporate development in our country. Their job satisfaction are very important to enterprises' development. Compared to the previous generation of migrant workers, they have higher levels of education, they are more eager to integrate into urban society.They also have more awareness for their rights, and high professional requirements, better employment environment. But the backwardness of urban social exclusion and enterprise ideas make they suffered unequal treatment, most enterprises still continued to treat the new generation of migrant workers as their fathers, which makes them become lower for job satisfaction..The level of job satisfaction may directly affects their morale and efficiency of enterprises. If employees are not satisfied with their enterprise, they may do sone improper conduct at work, which making enterprises suffered enormous unknown risks in the production and operation . Finally, it will hinder the development of enterprises.
This article have an investigation of the special group—the new generation of migrant workers from small and medium enterprises, to conduct a survey to investigate the status of their job satisfaction. Derived the results and recommend solutions for the new generation of migrant workers for their job satisfaction and come to the improvement measures through the analysis of valid questionnaires. Also hope can be used for reference and reference value to other similar enterprises.
