摘要
由于信息時(shí)代的來(lái)臨，知識(shí)規(guī)模的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大，需求數(shù)量逐年上升，個(gè)人信息的管理也變得越來(lái)越復(fù)雜。為此，切實(shí)有效的把個(gè)人信息文檔加入到個(gè)人信息管理系統(tǒng)中，對(duì)于提高創(chuàng)造和應(yīng)用知識(shí)能力有著顯著意義。本文是基于ASP的個(gè)人信息管理系統(tǒng),利用ASP和ADO技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)的管理系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了個(gè)人信息的動(dòng)態(tài)管理，使得對(duì)信息的管理更加及時(shí)、高效，提高了工作效率。本系統(tǒng)采用ASP、ACCESS 2000等作為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)，在不斷的修正和改進(jìn)中形成用戶比較滿意的系統(tǒng)。
本論文，簡(jiǎn)要闡述了系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)背景與開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境，對(duì)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)架進(jìn)行分析，由此劃分出各個(gè)模塊，通訊錄管理、文檔管理、日程記錄管理、日程瀏覽、個(gè)人博客管理、以及密碼修改管理模塊。詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)各個(gè)模塊與功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)原理，最后總結(jié)開(kāi)發(fā)階段與測(cè)試階段所遇到的問(wèn)題與解決方法。
Abstract
Due to the advent of the information age, knowledge to further expand the scale of demand, the number increasing year by year, personal information management has become more and more complex. To this end, practical and effective document to personal information into the personal information management system, for improving the ability to create and apply knowledge has a significant. This article is based on the ASP's personal information management system, using ASP and ADO technology development management system to achieve the dynamic management of personal information, making the management of information more timely, efficient, improve the work efficiency. The system uses ASP, ACCESS 2000 as development platform, in the constant revision and improvement in the formation of users satisfied with the system.
This paper briefly described the background of the system and development environment for system analysis framework, which divided into various modules, contact management, document management, scheduling, records management, scheduling browsing, personal blog management, as well as modify the password management module. Details of the system and function of each module to achieve the principle of the final summary of the development phase and testing phase of the problems encountered and solutions.
