摘  要

陽泉煤業(yè)集團有限責(zé)任公司新景礦(以下簡稱新景礦)是由原陽泉三礦的一期改擴建新增井田部分(西部區(qū))與三礦豎井重新組建的礦井。
佛洼分區(qū)位于新景礦的西南部,東部以y=86600與蘆湖南、蘆湖北分區(qū)為界,西部以y=82000與規(guī)劃中的七里河井田為界,北部以x=103000與新景礦北條帶為界,西南部為保安煤礦,南部隔桃河為陽煤集團二礦,分區(qū)東西長4600m,南北寬平均3200m,面積為14.76km2。主要可采煤層有3號、8號、15號煤。我設(shè)計佛洼南條帶15號煤,煤層傾角小,小于12°,該煤層?xùn)|部、北部厚度大.煤層平均厚度為5.73米。該分區(qū)東部與蘆湖南、蘆湖北分區(qū)相鄰,靠東部約一半?yún)^(qū)域地質(zhì)勘探程度較高、構(gòu)造相對簡單;靠西部約一半?yún)^(qū)域勘探程度較低,大部分為C級儲量。 
目前佛洼分區(qū)正處于開拓階段,由于15號煤煤層較深,平均深度在+350水平,我計劃采用雙立井開采,開采軌道大巷、運輸大巷、回風(fēng)大巷均在+350水平布置,由于煤層傾角小,構(gòu)造穩(wěn)定,采用帶區(qū)開采掘進減少,分為四個條帶。經(jīng)計算三量一個工作面和一個掘進面就滿足生產(chǎn)要求,工作面長度為200米,傾斜長度為2200米,工作面采用綜合機械化放頂煤開采,采用三班開采一班檢修,一班割兩刀煤放一次頂,作為一次循環(huán)。
佛洼分區(qū)設(shè)計生產(chǎn)能力為1.2Mt/a。采用一次設(shè)計、一次建成投產(chǎn)的移交方式。
設(shè)計在井田中部佛洼新建一進回風(fēng)立井。進風(fēng)立井裝備梯子間、排水管、壓風(fēng)管、消防灑水管以及動力電纜等,為進風(fēng)井兼安全出口;回風(fēng)立井為專用回風(fēng)井。形成佛洼風(fēng)井除提升之外相對獨立的供電、通風(fēng)、排水、壓風(fēng)等系統(tǒng)。
井下主運輸采用膠帶輸送機,可實現(xiàn)從佛洼分區(qū)到蘆湖南分區(qū)直至地面膠帶輸送機一條龍連續(xù)運輸,用人少、效率高、故障率低、安全性好,有利于實現(xiàn)集中自動化控制與管理。輔助運輸采用無極繩連續(xù)牽引絞車牽引1.0t系列礦車運輸,可以保證本區(qū)輔助運輸?shù)倪B續(xù)性。主輔運輸?shù)倪B續(xù)性為新景礦的高產(chǎn)高效提供了有利條件。
礦井采用中央并列式通風(fēng),由于該礦為高瓦斯礦井,全礦井瓦斯絕對涌出量為44.4 m3/min,光靠通風(fēng)滿足不了通風(fēng)要求,需要提前進行瓦斯抽放,采用外錯尾巷和傾向高抽巷進行提前抽放。
佛洼風(fēng)井工業(yè)場地總平面布置,充分結(jié)合地形的特點,因地制宜地布置在三個臺階上,場地布置緊湊而合理,場地運輸環(huán)節(jié)簡單,土方工程量較少。
本礦井煤層瓦斯含量高、生產(chǎn)能力大,生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)加強通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)和瓦斯抽放系統(tǒng)的管理、檢測和調(diào)整工作,以保證礦井安全生產(chǎn)。
