摘要 轉(zhuǎn)向器是汽車(chē)的重要組成部分,它的操作穩(wěn)定性和輕便性嚴(yán)重影響駕駛員的安全性和舒適性。隨著汽車(chē)工業(yè)和制造業(yè)技術(shù)的提高,轉(zhuǎn)向器的也在不斷改進(jìn),以滿足人們不斷增長(zhǎng)的駕駛體驗(yàn)。雖然線控轉(zhuǎn)向器已在部分車(chē)型上得到了應(yīng)用,但機(jī)械式變速器仍然被廣大的汽車(chē)廠商采用。而在傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械變速器中,循環(huán)球齒條-齒扇轉(zhuǎn)向器因?yàn)槠渥陨淼脑S多優(yōu)點(diǎn)而被運(yùn)用于各種車(chē)型中。本文選擇6t貨車(chē)循環(huán)球齒條-齒扇式轉(zhuǎn)向器作為研究課題,其主要內(nèi)容有:汽車(chē)轉(zhuǎn)向器的組成分類(lèi);轉(zhuǎn)向器譆@煞槳阜治觶皇萑范?;转向祈d耐賈交嬤坪蛻杓乒獺�
這種轉(zhuǎn)向器的優(yōu)點(diǎn):它的正傳動(dòng)效率很高(可達(dá)90%~95%),故操縱輕便,使用壽命長(zhǎng),工作可靠、平穩(wěn)。缺點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,成本高,逆效率很高,轉(zhuǎn)向靈敏度不如齒輪齒條式。因此逐漸被齒輪齒條式取代。但隨著動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向的應(yīng)用,循環(huán)球式轉(zhuǎn)向器近年來(lái)又得到廣泛使用。同時(shí),對(duì)于前軸載質(zhì)量不大而又經(jīng)常在平坦路面上行駛的中型貨車(chē)來(lái)說(shuō),這些缺點(diǎn)對(duì)其性能的影響不大。

Abstract Steering is an important part of the car, which’s operational stability and portability seriously affect the driver's safety and comfort. With the improvement of the auto industry and manufacturing technology, steering is constantly improved to meet the people's growing driving experience. Although wire steering has been applied on some models, but mechanical transmission is still adopted by the majority of car manufacturers. In the traditional mechanical transmission, recirculating ball rack - sector gear steering is used in various vehicles because of many of the advantages. This article selects 6t truck recirculating ball rack - gear sector steering as a research subject, which Consists essentially: car steering’s composition and classification; steering assembly program analysis; the data to determine; steering drawings drawing and the process to design.
The advantages of this steering: high positive transmission efficiency (up to 90% -95%), the manipulation of light and long service life, work reliably and stably. The disadvantage is the complex structure, high cost and high efficiency reverse, worst gear and rack in steering sensitivity. But with the power steering applications, recirculating ball steering has been widely used in recent years. But these shortcomings have little effect on its performance, because of low front axle load weight and working on a flat surface frequently.
